Our workshops will train you to teach using cases, or write your own.
The Lundberg Case Consortium offers customized workshops tailored to your needs. We can work with faculty or other professionals to help them learn how to teach using cases (Case Method), or how to write their own “teaching” case studies.
1. Casewriting workshop
Want your organization’s reports to get read? Think of couching them as a case study. We will train your staff/faculty/professionals in how to identify a situation that lends itself to case treatment, how to interview, how to frame the case narrative and how to write it to create suspense and reader engagement.
2. Case teaching workshop
Want your faculty or staff to be able to use “teaching” cases skillfully in workshops or classes? We train in how to identify the teaching points of a case, how to plan a case discussion, how to handle sticky situations and how to engage students in their own learning.
